Photos for our 2013 church directory will be taken on Sunday, Nov. 17 and Nov. 24. Echo Day will be available before service, from 9:30-10:15 a.m., and after, from the end of service until 12:15 p.m. No appointment is necessary.
Each group will receive a complimentary 5×7 gift print and additional prints may be purchased in early December.
Need to know what to wear? Here are a few tips:
? Don’t match, coordinate. Go with a look that is coordinated, not matchy-matchy. You don’t have to all wear solid-colored shirts or even the same color; opt instead for subtle patterns that aren’t distracting and in the same color palette.
? Be authentic. Authenticity is important. My son always hated having photos taken until I realized it was because he hated whatever I was going to make him wear. Allowing individuality in wardrobe choices doesn’t mean you necessarily give everyone free reign of their wardrobe choices, it means the wardrobe choices for portraits take their personal style into account.
? Be comfortable. When you’re not comfortable, it shows in photos. Choose something that flatters your figure and puts a smile on your face.
? Have fun! Don’t stress over it, because there are far more important things in life than worrying over the red shirt or the blue shirt.
If you’re unable to attend services, please arrange to have your portrait session by Dec. 8 for inclusion in the directory.
